Colwell Group Architects is a full-service architectural & interior design firm located in Foxborough, MA, that focuses on a collaborative approach to design. Our team handles a wide variety of commercial and residential projects throughout New England and across the United States. We are seeking an Architectural Designer as we meet the growing demand for our services. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Prefer Bachelor of Architecture, Masters a plus
- NCARB certification or IDP process preferred
- 2-5 years of commercial project experience
- 2-5 years residential experience
- Working knowledge of architectural design methodologies
- Ability to develop working construction documents
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Proposal & RFP preparation
- Existing Conditions Measures
- Drafting
- Managing multiple projects
- Meetings with the Principal to review designs
- Construction Documentation
- Meetings on-site and in-office
- General office duties
